Recipes:
                   
   
JAMAICA JERK CHICKEN
(First use chicken parts)
Do not debone the chicken pieces.
Marinated over night or
6 minutes in the micowave.
on a per heated baking pan.
Set Oven at 200 degrees for
three hours; Turn chicken after that,
turn the oven at 350 degrees
for 25-30mins.
Bass the chicken with the gravey.
Keep the oven close between the times.
ingredients for the jerk sauce is:
2 Onions
1/4 lbs Green onion
2 Gingers
3 Scotch Banet Pappers, (any type)
3 Table spoon soya
3 Table spoon coconut oil
1/2 or 1 cup Pimento seads (all spice)
3 Table spoon basil
3 Table spoon parley
3 Table spoon white vinagar
1 Tomato or ketchup
2 Table spoon salt
1 Table spoon cinnamon
1 Table spoon Nutmag
1 Cup Orange Juice
Blend all the ingredinents in a blender.
Bake Any starchy foods such as pototo, yam., banana, breadfruit, or vegetables.
Half chicken bake for 4.5 hours

POT ROAST- BEEF
(First use a thick beef)
Do not wash meat..
If marinated over night or 8hours.
the flavour will be better
Cut up all the seasonings.
include the browning, soya, water
and the beef
Into a pressure Cooking pot.
(please do not forget to put the beef in)

ingredients for the pot roast is:
1 Onions
1 lenght Green onion
1 Scotch Banet Pappers, (any type)
2 Table spoon soya
3 Table spoon coconut oil
1 Table spoon Pimento seads (all spice)
1 Table spoon basil
1 Table spoon parley
1 Table spoon white vinagar
1 small Tomato
2 Table spoon salt
1/2 Table spoon Nutmag
1/2 cup Water
Pressure beef for 20 mins, allow to cool; don't release the top, it's important you allow the pressure cooker to cool on its own. than add 3 tablespoons of ketchup and cook down for 5 minutes at high heat, until the gravey gets thick. Do not allow the gravey to try out.
Side dish: Rice and Peas

JAMAICA JERK FISH
(First use any inch thick fish)
Clean the fish good.
Marinated over night or 8hours.
After layout fishes
on a per heated baking pan.
Set Oven at 200 degrees for one hour
Turn fish after that,
turn the oven at 350 degrees for 25mins.
Bass the fish with the gravey.
Keep the oven close between the times.

Jerk Sauce
ingredients:

3 Scotch Banet Pappers, (any type)
3 Table spoon soya
3 Table spoon coconut oil
1/2 or 1 cup Pimento sead (all spice)
3 Table spoon basil
3 Table spoon parley
3 Table spoon white vinagar
1 Tomato or ketchup
2 Table spoon salt
1 Table spoon cinnamon
1 Table spoon Nutmag
1 Cup Orange Juice
Blend all the ingredients in a blender.

Store sauce into a sealed jar or plastic bag and kept refridgerated.

Use jerk sauce on any meat or poultry;
the secret is to slow grilled or baked at low heat.

THIS SAUCE WILL WAKE UP YOUR SPIRIT
Almost all the beef sauce on the market now is made with these ingredients, they might add fruits for addition flavour.



Cornmeal Porridge
You will put 1 1/2 cup water to boil, then mix 1/2cup of cornmeal in 1 1/2 cup cold water in a different container for 2-3minute stir until soft; finally add the cold water mixed cornmeal to the 1 1/2cup hot boiling water. At very low heat stir slowly, then let it stay and stir occasionally. Ready in 30 to 40 minutes depending on how creamy you want it. Add a little water if it get too too thick, it.s not a must if the heat is at low you wouldn't need to add water. Keep the heat very low it's important.
TO SWEETEN
any can sweetener or (vanilla lasco with water add sugar, nutmeg, pinch of salt and pinch of cinnimon mix together then add to porridge 10 min before finish)
add sugar not too much if it's to sweet it's not nice. 4 table spoons is good give and take a spoon or two.
